Life & Leadership Coach
I am Lena Luisa, based in Cologne, Germany and I run a Life & Leadership Coaching Business.
From selling real estate in Australia to project managing construction sites in New Zealand – after 6 years abroad I moved across the globe to my home country where I successfully (definition varies) built a network & profitable coaching business.
My clients include highly ambitious, successful leaders from a broad range of industries.
You would think – they are the type of people who wouldn’t need a coach – and you’re right.
They don’t need a coach, but they know that working with an expert will get them better results faster.
I am a proud expert in the field that graduated with distinction from the Advanced Professional Certified Coaching (ICF).
Furthermore, I am one of the (less than 100) PCC accredited coaches in Germany.
Over years I’ve worked in partnership with one of the best-known coaching schools Coach Masters Academy as a coach, mentor & trainer – continuously improving my skills & striving for excellence in the transformative coaching space.
Now, I combine years of experience in management, learnings from my leadership role in the construction industry & coaching skills to achieve outstanding results with my clients.
Building the bridge between a proven strategy and emotional intelligence has helped over 300 clients already to better performance & results in their leadership roles.
